Making the moist and eggless Brownie in a Mug is simple but delicious and one of the easiest desserts you will ever make!
One-Minute Brownie in a Mug
There is nothing better than small-batch desserts. You do not need to bake a whole batch whenever you crave a sweet or chocolatey dessert. Instead, make a small batch or mug of desserts to satisfy your craving! After posting the Vanilla Mug Cake (Eggless) recipe, I wanted to share the mug brownie recipe for a long time. This Chocolate Brownie in a Mug is our family favorite, and we love to indulge in warm brownies with vanilla ice cream. The recipe requires only a few ingredients, and you will get a decadent double chocolate brownie in less than five minutes. I cook the brownie for a minute in my microwave. However, the time may vary, and it may take a little less or more than a minute for you, depending on your microwave. Brownie in a Mug is an eggless recipe, and you can easily scale it up so that each of your family members can have their own individual dessert. The recipe is not only easy but also mess-free! You whip the brownie batter into a mug, and the same mug goes into the microwave, so cleaning up is also easy and quick. You can enjoy the warm brownie as it is or top it with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
How To Make Eggless Brownie in a Mug
Mix the flour, cocoa powder, brown sugar, and salt in a medium microwavable mug.
Pour in the milk, oil, and vanilla and mix until just combined.
Stir in the chocolate chips. Sprinkle a few more chocolate chips on the top.
Place the mug in the microwave and microwave for 45 to 60 seconds until it has risen and firm to the touch. If your brownie looks raw after one minute of cooking, continue cooking in 5-second intervals. I cook the brownie for 60 seconds in my microwave. But because your timing may vary, always watch your mug while it is in the microwave. Let the brownie cool for 3-4 minutes, and then serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.

Cocoa Powder: I generally use Dutch-processed cocoa powder for most chocolatey treats. However, you can also use natural cocoa powder for this decadent Brownie in a Mug. Sugar: I like to use dark brown sugar, but you can use granulated white sugar or light brown sugar. Oil: If you prefer this quick brownie with butter flavor, add melted butter instead of oil. Chocolate Chips: Do not skip adding chocolate chips. They make the brownie fudgy. However, you can use chocolate chunks instead of chocolate chips. Do Not Overmix: Overmixing will lead to a tough brownie, so do not overmix the ingredients. Cooking the Brownie: Do not overcook this Brownie in a Mug. Start with 60 seconds, then cook for 10-20 seconds as necessary. Add-Ins: You can add one of these elements: a tablespoon of walnuts, chopped peanut butter cups, peanut butter chips, or slivered almonds.
