About Eggless Cinnamon Sugar Donuts
When it comes to baking some desserts like donuts, we may be skeptical about making them eggless. But believe me, these donuts are amazing; they are fluffy and moist. We do not need any egg replacer or binding agent. All we need is some basic ingredients, readily available in our kitchen, and yummy donuts are ready. They are so easy and quick to make; I would even call them instant donuts. These baked donuts are totally worth making at home. I was actually making cinnamon sugar muffins, and I thought to pour some batter into the donut pan. I wanted to see if I can make donuts with this muffin batter. And I literally jumped when I got well risen, fluffy donuts. And while my family like the muffins, they loved the donuts. So I decided to work on a baked donuts recipe. And once I was completely satisfied, I decided to share this eggless cinnamon sugar donuts recipe.
How to Make Eggless Cinnamon Sugar Donuts
This is one of the most super easy recipes. It is one bowl recipe, and we are going to mix everything into just one bowl.
Add white vinegar into milk, mix and let it stand for five minutes. Whisk all the dry ingredients well into a large mixing bowl. Add melted butter, pure vanilla extract, and prepared buttermilk. Mix everything in the same bowl until well combined. Do not overmix. Fill the donut pan halfway and bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven, let it cool for 2 minutes. Once they are cool enough to handle, brush them with melted butter and dunk into the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
How to Fill the Batter into Donut Pan
We can fill the pan with a spoon. However, I can show you the easiest way to ensure the clean and neat transfer of batter into the donut pan. Fill the batter into a large piping bag, no need for the tip. Or the even easier way is to fill the large Ziploc bag, cut it into the corner. And pipe the batter into the donut pan evenly, up to halfway. Do not overfill, as these donuts will rise well.

What if You Do Not Have Donut Pan
Suppose you do not have a donut pan, no worries. Make muffins from this batter. You will be able to make 4-5 muffins with this recipe. And if you want to make more muffins, double the recipe. Grease the muffin pan and scoop the batter into the pan. Bake at 350° F for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let the muffins cool in the pan for 2 minutes. Transfer the muffins onto a wire rack. And while they are still warm, brush the melted butter onto the top of the muffins and roll into the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
