How to make Sweetened Condensed Milk Fruit Salad
Prepare your fruit by washing well then chopping into bite size pieces. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the condensed milk and cream In the same large bowl, assemble the fruit salad by adding fruit salad to the cream mixture. Stir through until well incorporated. For the best taste, enjoy immediately. Place in a large serving bowl or transfer into individual cups/bowls If you have made too much liquid, you can set it aside in the fridge then use for Tres Leche Pancakes.
Tips
Chop fruit immediately before adding to the salad – fruit such as apples tend to turn brown fast as it oxidises.
Storage
This fresh fruit salad is best eaten immediately or within a couple of hours. However, you can place it in the fridge either in an airtight container or use plenty of plastic wrap to cover it.
