So In this recipe, I have prepared outer layer dough with spinach puree and stuffing is prepared with crumbled paneer and green peas. Although I have used many ingredients, still these parathas weren’t overpowering with strong flavours, when you bite each and the flavour of every ingredient was coming through nicely. These filling and stuffed paratha are perfect when you want to have something delicious and well balanced but don’t want to make an elaborate meal. These parathas don’t need any accompaniments with it as they are full of flavours, only plain yogurt or a cup of masala chai would do the job too. aloo ka paratha Do you like to read our blog?
