About Paneer Bhurji
Bhurji means scrambled, and so this dish is all about scrambled Paneer with tomatoes and spices. I learned this dish from one of my best friends a long time ago when we were in university. I then modified the recipe to make it without onion and garlic as per my family’s taste. However, I can still feel the essence of our friendship whenever I make Paneer Bhurji. It brings back all the memories spent with special friends.🤗 This sabji is in semi-solid form, and we don’t need to make a gravy. Instead, we will cook finely chopped tomatoes until they are soft, and the tomato mixture will become like a gravy. Paneer Bhurji No Onion No Garlic is a one-pot or, more specifically, one-pan recipe, which I love about it.
