100 g paneer cubes 2 tbsp. paneer grated 50 g makhane ( Popped lotus seeds ) 2 tbsp. red pepper chopped 1 tbsp whole spices ( green cardamom, cinnamon, clove and bay leaf ) 2 tbsp. ghee 100 ml milk 4 tbsp. cashew, white poppy seeds and melon seeds paste Salt to taste ( use farali salt ) 1/2 tsp. white pepper powder 1 tsp. sugar Small pinch saffron Fresh coriander leaves Pomegranate seeds ( optional ) 

Method :- Dry roast makahane and leave it aside. Heat ghee in a pan and add all the whole spices. Once they start to crackle, add cashew, poppy and melon seeds paste and start stirring. Now add milk little by little and cook the gravy till ghee separates. Add grated paneer, paneer cubes, salt, sugar and white pepper powder. Cook another minute or so , if gravy goes thicker add more milk and cook again. Turn off the heat and add roasted makhane, mix well. Add saffron and mix once again.
