Warm up with a bowl of spicy carrot soup that’s bursting with flavour and just the right amount of heat! This cosy recipe starts with a simple base of carrots, onion, and garlic, cooked to bring out their natural sweetness. Then it’s spiced up with a kick of cayenne pepper and a hint of earthy cumin, adding depth and warmth to each spoonful. The result is a smooth, velvety soup with a satisfying blend of sweet and spicy. Perfect for a chilly evening, this soup is not only delicious but packed with nutrients, making it a go-to for a comforting, healthy meal.
