100g Moraiyo or Sama 100 g par boiled suran pieces ( I used frozen ) 3 tbsp. raw peanuts 2 tbsp. chilli ginger paste 2 tbsp. ghee or oil Salt to taste ( rock salt ) 1 tsp. cumin seeds 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. crushed black pepper ( optional ) Fresh coriander leaves to garnish
